TANBOER was built in 2004, located in Qingzhou city. Shandong Province, China, near to Qingdao port, only need 3 hours from Shanghai Port by high-speed train. We own more than 10 garments factories. Our factories monthly capacity for down jackets are 20,000 sets, protection garments 15,000 pieces.

Q. : Are you manufacturer or trade company?
A. : We are the Manufacturer specialized in down clothes industry products for many years already, in Qingzhou, Shandong province, China. Our factory have passed IS09001:2014, BV, SGS certificate. And we are AAA grade credit enterprise. Also we had large warehouse and quality control department for manufacturing products for clients.
Q.: How to order?
A.: Please send us your purchase order by Email or Call us, or we can make you proforma invoice under your request. We need to know the following information for your order before sending you PI. 1) Product information-Quantity, Specification(Size, Material, Technological if needed and Packing requirements etc.) 2) Delivery time required. 3) Shipping information-Company name, Street address, Phone&Fax number, Destination sea port. 4) Forwarder's contact details if there's any in China.
Q.: How long is the sample time? Does the sample fee can be returned?
A.: Proofing is usually 5-7 working days. If the order reach or exceed behind MOQ quantity, proofing fee refunded. If not reached behind MOQ quantity, proofing fee will be taken by you.
Q. : How to control quality?
A. : A, all the raw materials by IQC (Incoming Quality Control)before launch whole process into the process after the screening. B, process each link in the process of IPQC(Input process quality control)patrol inspection. C, after finished by QC full inspection before packing into the next process packaging. D, OQC before shipment for each slipper to do full inspection.
